A leading financial institution based out of Hyderabad is looking for a dynamic, open minded, self-starter who enjoy Sales roles and would like to build an exciting career in Sales.
The opening is for Area Sales Manager at Vijayawada location for our loan product, tailor-made for CHIT FUND Customers ( salaried and SME both).
The incumbent should have at least 3 years of experience with any of the leading NBFC/ Bank / Registered Chit Funds/ Insurance company in Vijayawada/ Guntur area.
Experience in Chit fund Industry will be a big positive.
Responsibilities and Duties
1) Sales of Unsecured Business Loan/ Personal Loans and SME Loans.
2) Responsible for achieving the loan targets for self, by self sourcing from field, appointing Direct Sales Agent and generating business through DSA
3) Handling customer queries and customer issues resolution
4) Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing company standards.
5) Collecting customer feedback and market research.
Qualifications and Skills
PUC/Graduate
Minimum 3 years of experience with any of the leading NBFC/ Bank / Registered Chit Funds /Insurance Companies in Vijayawada/ Guntur area
Should have contacts in the local market with various DSA and Chit Funds agents
Can work independently
Tech Savvy – Good knowledge of Computers, Apps etc
Should be able to communicate in Telugu and Hindi OR English( Fluency in Telugu and working knowledge of English OR Hindi is required )
Valid Driver’s License and Two Wheeler
Willing to travel in Vijayawada/ Guntur and nearby areas
