    Roles & Responsibilities

    • A customer care executive should have Excellent communication and presentation skills in call centre.
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
    • A professional approach in answering calls and provides information about products and services.
    • Maintaining records of transactions and interactions
    • Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required
    • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
    • Following call centre “scripts” when handling different topics.
    • Telecaller / Telecalling experience is preffered.

    Skills and competencies required

    • Person should have expertise in English speaking.
    • Good listening and problem solving skills
    • Ability to take and handle stress and pressure
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • College degree preferred.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: ₹14,000.00 to ₹35,000.00 /month

    • Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

    Language:

    • Either of English, Kannada, Tamil & Malyalam, Telugu,Bengali (Preferred)

    Work days per week:

    • 6 days
