Location: Mumbai-Based Only. Co-location with founding team is a Must. Office is in Marol/Andheri East
Call Centre Rep who is genuinely excited to help parents resolving their queries. He/She should be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
Problem-solving is a must and should be confident at troubleshooting parent queries.
Responsibilities and Duties
Attracts potential customers by answering technical product and service questions.
Maintain Documentation and Communicate the same to Sales Personnel by recording customer queries and details.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Excellent Knowledge of Windows Hardware and software
Preferably Graduate in IT or with a strong passion for tech/devices/hardware/software.

Customer Service: Min. 1 year (Preferred)

Saturday/Sunday (Peak Call-Center Volume for Company): 8:30a.m.-8:30p.m.
Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹30,000.00 /month depending on experience.
