    Job Summary

    • Call Centre Rep who is genuinely excited to help parents resolving their queries. He/She should be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
    • Problem-solving is a must and should be confident at troubleshooting parent queries.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Attracts potential customers by answering technical product and service questions.
    • Maintain Documentation and Communicate the same to Sales Personnel by recording customer queries and details.
    • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

    • Excellent Knowledge of Windows Hardware and software
    • Preferably Graduate in IT or with a strong passion for tech/devices/hardware/software.

    • Saturday/Sunday (Peak Call-Center Volume for Company): 8:30a.m.-8:30p.m.
    • Monday&Tuesday Off

    Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹30,000.00 /month depending on experience.
