To oversee the collection, analysis and dissemination of routine monitoring and reporting data liaising with partners programme especially for quarterly donor reports but also other uses as required. ( preferably in Education, Health, Water and entrepreneurship )
Collect, update and maintain all stakeholder’s data in a safe & confidential format in line with LCD’s data protection requirements.
Record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way.
Ensure all activity reports have been filed on good time and lodged with Programme Manager.
Support external evaluators and partners in conducting baseline and KAP surveys and any other activities where data may be required.
Conduct routine data quality assessments to improve the quality of programme data.
Work on capacity building and training of partners and project staff in project monitoring and evaluation (M&E).
Clean up data collected by partners and provide regular feedback to partners regarding the status of the reports.
To provide quality assurance on data reported from projects and feedback to the project and to all partners.
Undertake regular field visits with partners to project sites to support the implementation of the M&E framework.
Thorough understanding and experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection methods, including sampling, survey design, data analysis, and application of these methods to project monitoring and evaluation standards in water, sanitation and hygiene; Understanding and experience Required Experience and Qualifications
A degree in one of the following – sociology/ public health/community development or a related field;
At least 3 years’ field experience managing monitoring and evaluation work in an international development agency
