    Your impact as an Analyst :
    # The Analyst is responsible for configuring, testing Alights proprietary Total Benefit Administration (TBA) System and delivering low to medium complexity analysis and test plans which accurately reflect the technical capacity of the System to address the requirements of the client.
    # Configuring involves using systems and tools to design and set up tables/parameters. The Analyst role is to plan and deploy effective test suites and regimes for benefits program product design and software application development. This role is also responsible for mentoring and coaching new hires on system configuration and test execution of the TBA platform.

    Job Responsibilities :
    # Reviews client requirements documents and any preliminary test plans, rightly adhere to the Due dates and support the client delivery priority. Work with the Lead Analysts and the Client Manager to clarify requirements.
    # Uses typical client requirements documentation to assist with analysis and/or test planning (Low and Medium complexity analysis)
    # Execute system configuration according to analysis and technical requirements. Execute test plans and record results.
    # Coordinate and coach Associate Analyst on the configuration and testing of the technology platform, as well as defect management.
    # Assist with the deployment (or migration) of new system updates into the production environment.
    # Provide service specific expertise for data, foundation, and systems analysis and incorporate recommended updates to analysis based on review.
    # Coordinate the work of aligned team members, monitor task completion, and communicate team schedule and status.
    # Support production environment (defects and trends) and execute workflow and defect management.
    # Create and maintain standard operating procedures.

    Required Experience :
    # 18-36 months of work experience in Testing.
    # SQL Query write ups-Multiple complex Joints creation
    # Should able to interpret Clients requirement and provide analysis and updates (configuration )in the system
    # Experience in benefits administration preferably in Health or Insurance sector.
    # Excellent Communication Skills
    # Experience in creating test plans, identifying test cases and perform test execution.
    # Experience in relational databases, ability to write SQL queries.
    # Experience in MS Office tools specifically MS Excel.
    # Experience with project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.
    # Experience in the development and implementation of software solutions.
    # Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
    # Ability to conduct research into application development issues and products.
    # Ability to translate client requirements and/or legislation into system specifications.
    # Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

    Preferred Experience :
    # Experience in US/CAN Health benefits domain and benefits administration (Optional)
    # Should possess good Testing Knowledge and SQL Queries
    # Should able to communicate on Requirement Analysis in the project involved
    # Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles/concepts.
    # Experience working with mainframes sessions.
    # Experience in VB Scripting in MS Excel.
    # Experience in working in a client-vendor relationship.

    Job Details :
    # Work Shift Timings – 11am to 9pm (Mon-Fri)
    # Service Agreement – 12 Month
    # Cab: 9.30pm drop will be arranged

    Desired Candidate Profile :
    # 18 Months – 36 Months work experience in Testing-Manual/DB
    # SQL Query write ups
    # Experience in benefits administration preferably in Health or Insurance sector or any domain
    # Excellent Communication Skills
    # Experience in creating test plans, identifying test cases and perform test execution
