We are a mid size (300 employees) engineering company working for US clients.
We require a young female fresher (or 1 to 2 yrs of experience) for HR Coordination.
A good knowledge of EXCEL and WORD is a MUST.
English writing, reading and speaking is a must.
Must have a pleasing personality. Daily interaction with employees on their issues and communicating HR policies to them is the main job. But a capable candidate may also be given higher ranking tasks to ensure the growth of the candidate.
Although it is never required to work beyond the day shift but the candidate should be available over phone/email off office hours in case of any requirements.
Outstation trips are not required but should be willing and ready if needed. It may be out of country too.
Salary is no constraints for a suitable candidate.
