    1. Responsible to handle the bank relationship & achieve targets for the bank relationship for this FY. Responsible for Top line financial targets as well as bottom line profitability for the accounts.
    2. Building & Maintaining relationship with the Senior Management of Bank partners. 3.Maintaining relationship with the assigned regional offices of Banks to strategically secure profitable business from them, thereby achieve business targets.
    4.Conducting Sales Contests/events for banks
    5.Team Management – Handling a team of employees & driving business through them by Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales function and meeting of individual & group targets.
