Job Summary
a. Compile baseline survey report of the schools in their state
b. Monitor work of SF (Physical Visits, Telephonic, Reports, Feedback from School Authorities)
c. Provide weekly update of the project of their respective state to PH (Telephonic)
d. Participate in monthly review meeting with the client and NF Team
e. Share project reports to Project Head (Word/PDF/Excel)
f. Share case studies to Project Head (Word/PDF)
g. Conduct training and Re-Training of ST and SF (Physical/Online)
h. Conduct interactive workshops using WPPF methodology using self-reflection, self-respect, and collective wisdom
i. Build relationships and update local authorities about the project (Physical Visits, Telephonic, Reports)
j. Trouble-shoot issues related to the project (Individually or in collaboration with SF)
k. Visit to schools as per plan
l. Participate in the events and coordinate for the event

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Good communication and PR skills
- Able to coordinate with School management and Government officers
- Knowledge of computers and understanding of coding
- Passion to serve the society
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 to ₹320,000.00 /month
