Troubleshooting issues related to network devices
Respond To Customer Queries Over Voice
Deliver high quality and timely resolutions to problems.
Track and manage resolution of software deficiencies on customer’s behalf.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Both freshers and experienced are eligible
One must have technical bent of mind
Good communication skills
Any Graduate/B.tech (B.E, BTECH, MCA, GNNITs are Preferred. 3 Yrs Diploma holder in Hardware & Networking can also apply)
Upto Rs. 2.73 LPA (According to experience) + Loyalty Bonus Upto Rs. 25000 (According To Experience)
Work Days: 5 days working 2 days rotational offs
Travel: Both Side cabs
