We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent command over Hindi and English for one of our esteemed clients from Banking industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
Communicating with customers through various channels for banking process over the phone
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment and 5 Days working with 2 Days rotational OFF
Fresher’s or Experienced can apply
Pick up / Drop basis night shift timings, No cab facility will be provided during day shifts
Salary: 12500 – 16500/Month
