– At least last 6 years in the BPO/KPO/LPO industry
– Strong experience in end-to-end sales cycle in US market.
– Proven sales track record with a minimum of US $ 250,000 annual target from US clients.
– Strong Functional/Domain experience in Data Processing, Market Research outsourcing, Lead Generation / Sales Support Process outsourcing, Designing & Web Development / other IT Services/Non-voice BPO services
– Established network and contacts in the industry
– Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
– Experience and expertise in effectively using CRM tools such as SalesForce, ZOHO, etc
– Should be an individual contributor.
– Willing to work in US shift.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
– Business development for our service offerings in the US markets.
– Lead generation and responding to RFPs/ tenders Managing the entire sales life cycle, starting from prospecting through closure.
