Responsibilities and Duties
Have to handle international clients and customers regarding their issues on the selected platform.
Have to manage their queries with a responsible and helpful nature.
Have to manage their query details and find a suitable solutions for then as to provide a better output to client.
Have to handle any deal made by client/customer or their on going or pending transactions.
Have to be ready for any possible genuine query a customer can ask.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Eligibility for both graduate & under graduates.
Excellent English Written and Verbal communication skills.
Open for Candidate from Non Tech background.
Comfortable for a Rotational Shift & Rotational offs.
Job location Jaipur.
