    Job Description :

    Role and Responsibilities :

    – Responsible for Direct Sales for financial & Bank product Generating New business opportunity for organization.

    – Supervision & co – ordination of Marketing and branding activities.

    – Excellent sales capabilities and creativity with in sales techniques and marketing schemes

    – Aggressively achieving the sales target and conducting sales calls and closing the leads.

    – Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.

    – Revenue generation using references of existing and upcoming product and also in conversion of prospective customers who are looking for safe investment and returns.

    – Planning out different lead generation activities and managing the Agents team of Sales. Participating in client meetings and corporate events. Convert leads into sales through show casing the appropriate residential properties and follow-up with prospective customer base.

    – Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and corporate high profile clients via meetings, telephone calls and emails. Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills. Representing at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.

    – Market survey of competitors to keep self-updated and also updates seniors about the developments happening around the project assigned.

    – Take up other duties / initiatives as assigned by Reporting Manager.
